When it comes to New Product Development or Troubleshooting, the Vulcan Research and Development Team provides our customers with rapid response.

Much of the demand for our new products is the result of our ability to develop new colors for use in existing product lines. Vulcan prides itself in being able to produce colored products that are appealing , yet economical. New product colors are quickly and efficiently formulated using our Milton Roy ColorMate color system.

Vulcan's on-site laboratory is a U.S. Government approved rubber testing facility capable of performing most tests generally associated with rubber products, including but not limited to tensile, elongation, tear, flex, and abrasion resistance. Our facility is also able to perform testing such as cure curve analysis, Mooney viscosity, specific gravity determination, and ozone resistance.
