VULC has two wholly owned subsidiaries:
Vulcan Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, which is a manufacturer of rubber and foam located in
Clarksville, Tennessee, and Vulcan Property Management Co., an Ohio corporation, which is a
real estate management and development company located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
