Vulcan International Corporation (VUL), is a Delaware corporation located in Wilmington, Delaware, listed on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). VUL has two wholly owned subsidiaries:
Vulcan Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, which is a manufacturer of rubber and foam located in Clarksville, Tennessee, and Vulcan Property Management Co., an Ohio corporation, which is a real estate management and developement company located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
