Vulcan's total annual mixing capacity of 50,000,000+ pounds allows us to handle the needs of larger customers, as well as those of small ones. We can provide the mixed, uncured rubber in one of three basic forms:
Banbury mixed, slab stock
Extruded Sheets
Calendered Rolls or Sheets
In-process quality control data such as Mooney viscosity and Specific Gravity can be provided for each batch of material. Other data can be generated as required by our customers.
